Since your cutoff is 171 and you are asking a seat in Mechanical Engineering in TNEA Counselling.Well My answer is YES.But yet there is confusion because there is no mention of particular colleges like Anna University and so on along with your quota.If you mentioned it will be easy to answer the question.
