The cutoff changes every year as it depends on Factors such as the total number of applicants scoring above a certain percentage, number of seats, popularity of a subject and previous trends .But By looking at the previous year cutoff , there are chances of getting CSE with this rank . As the last year cutoff of CSE was up to 20k rank .So stay motivated and hope for the best.

The tuition fee is around Rs 103000 per annum.
