I hope you're asking about Univeristy college of engineering.If that is true then I regret to inform you that with such low rank you may not be able to get seat in this college.Based on 2018 cut off trends the cut off rank was 1741 for BC-D boy.So it is very difficult to get a seat. However cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.Do not loose hope you may get seat in some good college.Hope for the best.
