Hope you are doing well. Yes, definitely you can apply for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) with a rank of 175000 CRL in general category. However, you might not get the college of your choice with this rank as JEE Mains is a national exam flooded with candidates and on the other hand, good colleges are limited. Therefore, although you can apply for counselling and also get seats in some colleges, you might not bag a seat in the college of your choice.
