Nirankar, I will list the two best government colleges for MBA under UPSEE.. Based on rank and previous year cutoffs, you can take admission in the following colleges-

• Institute of Engineering and Technology - [IET] - Lucknow
• Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology - [BIET] - Jhansi

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
