Sorry to say but with this rank there's no chance you could get any government medical college as for that you need to aim for at least 550+marks for all India counseling and 500+ for state level counseling however you could get admission into some good private colleges in state level counseling you can check what colleges you might get with these marks with the help of NEET college predictor.
