Comprehensive Guide: IIT's | NIT's | IIIT's
Hey Vinay,
Congratulations for getting such a good score!
You will be glad to know that there are lots of options available for you in the NITs.
Now, unlike other students, you don't have to worry about getting good government colleges. You now have to think about which branch to choose in the NITs.
Now considering that you are not running behind a single branch (like CSE,as many do) and are not benefitted by any other quota, here are some colleges with best branches which I think you can easily get.
Talking about branches like Civil, Mechanical, ECE, Chemical, Mathematics etc., you can get them in NITs like Jaipur, Bhopal, Raipur, Calicut, Kurukshetra, Durgapur, Jalandhar, Patna, Nagpur, Goa, Allahbad etc.
B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
Now if you want very high-ranked NITs like Surathkal, then you will have to compromise with the branches like Production Engineering, Metallurgical and Mining etc., which I will not consider a good move looking at the options available to you.
For Computer Science and Engineering, you can have options like NIT Agartala, Manipur etc.
So, these are the NITs which you can get into, but I will suggest you to give more preference to branch rather than college because at the end, it is the thing wich matters the most.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
