It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

• Seat Matrix
• Number of students appeared in the exam
• Exam difficulty level
• Caste Category

For your EAPCET it is very difficult to get Pharm D course in Government Colleges in Andhra Pradesh based on previous year's cut-offs. Also you can try for Management quota seats in good Colleges because it is difficult to get seat in Private Colleges as well.
