It would be difficult to tell you the exact as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as No. of Applicant appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.

If the number of seats increases in the GPAT entrance exam, cutoff for a particular list would come down, and go up if seats are decreased. Similarly, if the number of applicants increases, competition would rise, and so will be the cutoff.
