As you have mentioned that your jee mains rank is 1.9 lakh which indeed is very high to get a seat in any of the NITs or IIITs in Andhra pradesh in the csab special round.. Though you fall under sc category.. But this rank won't give you any advantage of that...
Well, csab special round is held to fill the vacant seats for NITs, IIITs and GFITs in different states.. So, its cutoff goes somewhat higher (rank wise).. Therefore, its very difficult to predict whether you will get a seat or not...

But according to me your rank is so high.. Which indeed won't give you any benefit in the csab special round..
But still hope for the best!!!! Maybe you come out to be lucky...
