You have scored good but with this marks it will be difficult to get any government seat in any medical college with general category. 

You can haveprivate medical colleges but they will be costly  and have a fees of 7,00,000 - 21,00,000 lakh per annum. 

You can give a try to neet exam next year too by preparing best for it. 

Otherwise there are many other career options for medical students like pharmacy, lab technician you can go for them too.

Dear Pihoo, you you can apply for Government Medical Colleges of other States only through 15% All India Counselling. And you cant apply for Private Medical Colleges unless you have their State domicile. And with a score of 190 a seat even in a Private Medical College is difficult because the cut offs have gone way higher. Candidates with General Category reservation with a score of 580 havent been able to secure any seat in MBBS leave alone a Government Medical College. So, to be honest, 190 cannot get you a Medical College anywhere.
