First and foremost if you have given the JEE Advanced exam that itself means that you have qualified JEE Main and are eligible to take part in the JOSAA counselling. Now as far as the possibility of getting a seat is concerned, if you are somewhere near the cut-off score only then you will not get any seat in NIT. However the ews category has been introduced for the first time and no one can tell for sure what will be the closing ranks for various NITs.
