I got 1,90,000 JEE mains rank. Which college I should get the seat B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.

Sorry to say, but your rank is not good enough to get computer science and engineering in any good government college if you are obc or general. If you are ST or SC then there might be a chance to get a college and that also with not a good branch. 

With this rank you must try for private engineering colleges.

Hello,

So on this rank you would not be getting any college coming under JosAA counselling. So you can apply for state college and Private universities which also accepts Jee score and Boards marks too.
