As you haven't mentioned if you have a local area quota, considering for UR, BC-D category seat, chances of admission at Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology seems difficult. The state cutoff last year for B.Tech in Civil was around 16000 and other courses have a higher cutoff.

However, you have good chances of admission at colleges like VNR Vignana Jyothi Engineering, Hyderabad for B.Tech in Electronics and instrumentation engineering and many other colleges.
