Hey there
You have acquired 19000+ which is too much to get a free seat in agbsc. For BCA category it can be up to 7000-8000 max. But for SC/ST IT can cross 15000 max.
Check with some colleges as some colleges may provide relaxation but free seat not possible with your rank.
