With your rank it is very much possible for you to get into MD and DNB because the cutoff rank for the most prominent colleges in India from past 2 years is 59934.

As you got less rank than that, you can easily get into the first round counselling of the colleges 

Through the state counselling you have a better chance to get into the government colleges as there is 85% cutoff for the state students
