For your rank you have no chances to get admission at CBIT, until and unless you have reservation ,better try for management quota

It is not clear which exam you are talking about. Chaitanya Bharathi takes admission both through AP EAMCET and JEE Mains. You should have mentioned the exam also. If you have got a rank of 19300 in EAMCET, then you stand no or very little chance of getting any branch in CBIT. But if you have got a rank of 19300 in JEE Mains, then you stand a pretty good chance of getting admission in civil branch. You should try for the spot rounds too.
