As you mentioned ,that you have scored 195 marks ,st category under state quota ;you chances  are very bleak (less) of getting a medical seat.

If we will consider last year's cutoff, 250 marks atleast were required to get admission in government dental college.Although this year,there is increase 4,500 mbbs seats all over india ,so you can hope for a medical seat.
