At 19k rank in OBC category you won't get any iiits or nits as they generally close about 15k.But you may get some of the GFTIs and private colleges.

thanks for asking your query,as per your performance in jee mains 2019 and category rank you have chance of getting iiit rather than nit.There are certain iiit which are better than lower nits therefore you may go with iiit during counselling of josaa
