My jeemains ranking is 28298 in sc category will i get any nits or iiits?

In order to get admissions in NITs or IIITs you need to score really well.

Since, your rank is high for IITs and IIITs so may not get them.But, you can get any NIT at such rank,

At your rank, if you're from the general category you might not get into Top NITs. You can get admission in decent NITs but in a less preferred branch. Below is the list of such NITs, which you might get:
