In sc catagery can i get agriculture.eng.in govt collegeinap rank 1.lakh in emcet

Your rank is unfortunately very high,its so difficult and very less probability that you are getting any government college in ap.As agricultural engineering have lots of scope in near future in India,there are lots of students applying for this course which creates very high competition between applicants, also there are very limited seats in every university and college.you  probably don't have any chance of getting any good college.
it will be better if you find any private college for your study or you can prepare for you exams again this year.
