If your rank under OBc-PwD category is 1700, you won't get admission in NITK as the cutofffs are very high. But you may try for other NIts. Please check this link for details on cut offs.

No there is no chance as with 20 marks you will not be qualified for jee main.so nit is impossible. You can go for state engineering colleges. Private colleges like amity,galgotia,gla,coe pune

Hi Dear, this year PWD cutoff is -35 so you are eligible for the jee-advance exam as well as jee-mains counseling process.your chances are high to get a seat in NITs or other govt. colleges.
