Hello Nandini,
You should know that admission in any government college through UPSEE is completely based on UPSEE Rank. Your 10+2 marks are only for eligibility criteria fulfillment. since your marks are not good enough to get admission in any government college. But few top engineering college take admission on basis of 10+2 Marks through management quota. You can go for it.
