Sir i secured 71% in class 12 exam cbse and in upsee i got 22476 rank in gen and 6588 rank in obc so there is any chance of govt college?

You have very less chances of govt colleges but you have chances in some of the best private colleges of Noida , KANPUR and Lucknow.
