Hello

GGIPU Reserved 85% seats for Delhi candidates and According to your rank it is very difficult to get any college for BBA from IPUCET however you may apply for Spot round which happens after the third round of the counselling if vacant seats are there but there is very low chance.

So you shouldnt apply for counselling if you belong to open category
