Congatulations on managing to score a decent rank.In 2018 at the end of round 2 allotment the cutoff for mechanical went to 27607. The cutoffs obviously vary every year so I would advise you to keep more options in safety.You would have to compromise as you may not get top colleges.I would still attach a link for you below do that you can get to know where you have high,low or medium chances i.e in which colleges and branch.The link will give you details of every college.So please go to that link,you can add your own preferences like your category and compare different colleges before taking one.

Hi there!!!!!!  Based on your rank you can get mechanical in Dayanand Sagar engineering college. The last year's cutoff for general merit in round 2 was 27607. So based on the trend you can get the seat and you should definitely go for it.
