The cut off tends to change every year depending on factors like number if students qualifying the exam, number of seats available etc.

With increasing cut off in 2019 the expected cut off for general category for BAMS in Punjab is around 450.

Having said that , you don't seem to have any chance of getting a seat in Government college.
