With the marks which you have scored , you would have less chances to get core B.Tech streams although you have some chances for chemical , manufacturing and civil in goa and hyderabad (if cutoff decreases due to various factors this year 2020)  .  You can get B pharma at pilani easily and Msc Biology integrated courses at hyderabad , in the last rounds (Very less chance though for integrated Msc )

The bitsat cutoff 2020 is not yet released so the courses which you can opt for cannot be confirmed but as per 2019 the cutoff for chemical engineering was 252 being the lowest and for civil engineering was 254.
