Hello aspirant. You must have certainly prepared well for NCHMCTJEE. But still I am afraid you won't get any IHM with this much rank even in your respective category. Under OBC category, minimum 15,000 is a safe rank to get any IHM. But keep praying you may get a seat. What I have told is purely based on first round cut off of 2019. You may secure a seat in second or third round. Best of luck.
