The last rank for SC student who got seat in NIT Warangal was 9274. So, with 20,000 SC Category rank, it is difficult to get into NITs. I would suggest you to go for IIITs, GFTI, Self Financed Institutes in JOSAA Councelling. You should also go for State Level councelling.
