Dear Muhammed ,

As per your query, if you got no mark then you are failed,unless you clear your exam you can't appear any state or national entrance exam.Exam like JEE have no minimum percentage but the eligibility criteria asks candidates must have qualified 12th . KEAM eligibility criteria asks for minimum 50% aggregate percentage for 12th standard.
