A score of 21 will give you only a percentile below 40. At a 40 percentile you surely cannot make it into any of the top B Schools or into any of the Symbiosis colleges. You may not even get a call from any of these institutes. To my knowledge ther are no colleges which accept SNAP scores and percentile which are so low. However, you can try and search for some.

Alternatively you may want to attempt MAT or CMAT or take an year drop and write CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT etc next year.

You have to apply individually for colleges which accept snap score. For this you need to fill admission form and do the payment for it.

So based on your score and percentile you need to select college which will accept your score for admission.

21 isn't a good score, plus the colleges you will be getting won't be good at all. So, I would suggest you take SNAP next year. Rather take all the top B-school exms like XAT, CAT, MAT and IIFT. And, give your best shot. So, clear the top B-school with a good score, best wishes!
