For jee eligibilty criteria is 75%marks in their respective board exams and 65% marks for sc/st students your rank in your category is not good and also percentage is 70 in your board exams so there is 90% no benfit to go to jee counselling but apply if there is a chance  you will Get seat.if you don't get seat also then there is a chance to Get seat in eamcet/kcet/appgecet etc...

As your rank in the JEE MAINS is quite good.Also your percentage in the 12th board examinations is quite enough to get a good state level government college.If you are interested you can definitely apply for the admission in different government colleges. If you are not interested you can also apply for the private colleges and universities
