As per the rank 21729 which you mentioned and expecting seat in V.V.I.T there is a chance for you to achieve there are chances in CSE, ECE & IT as with the Community and specified course, you can get seat in various other colleges also.

You can get a seat in vvit definitely but keeping in mind the previous year cut offs  for cse branch may have less chances to take in but you can easily get into other branches
