Hi,
I am sorry but with this score its difficult for you to get a seat in government medical college.
The chances of getting a seat even under the 85% state quota is also very less.
Last year the closing acore was around 238 for SC category
This year the cutoff trend will vary as it does every year, so although nothing can be said with absolute guarentee but chances are bleak.
Your options can be to try for private colleges in your state or in open domicile states.
You have also the option to try for deemed universities.
