Your must score atleast 250+ to get a good private college and 480+ to get government seat for bhms. Since you didn't score near to the cutoff score therefore your chances are less to get government seat for bhms.

You can try for exam one more time or else you can go for any other course . Although the cutoff for colleges changes every year.
