It's quite difficult to predict  cut off marks for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors. if you are talking about getting a seat then its clear you are not going to get a seat in Government Medical College with low marks of just 220. Last year,  a minimum of 350-400 marks was required for assured selection
