Hello Aspirant,

It is slightly difficult to get a seat in government college but if it consider previous year's cut off trends you have chances of getting a seat in private colleges in Tamilnadu.The colleges are listed below

Karpagam faculty of medical sciences and research, Coimbatore
Sri muthukumaran medical College, Chennai

However cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.Hope for the best.
