Hello,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 228 marks but you have not mentioned your category, anywhere so I assume it to be general
with this mark ,you have negligible chances of getting a bams or bhms government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into these courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
You have not scored enough to get a government seat for these course.but you might land up in a private college.

With these marks you may try for the private medical colleges for bams or bhms, under state quota you have some chances to get a seat in the private colleges.
