Congrats on your result. With 22993 rank, you can get into NITs. I would personally suggest you to prefer NIT Silchar. It is so because each year the Computer Science & Engineering department in NIT Silchar is making a record in training & placements. The facilities are good enough and the faculties too are well trained and are of supreme quality.
Other institutions that can be favoured are IIIT Sonepat, NIT Agartala, MNIT Allahabad.
It rests on your choice to choose your college.
