Dear Aspirant,

CUCET has a lot of options so first you need to select what course you want to study. Along with this you need to meet eligibility criterias. The cutoffs for 2019 are quite good and I am afraid to inform that 23 is not a marks that can get you any good course at any reputed university. 

However you may try for M.A in Political Science at central university of Kashmir.

With 23 marks in CUCET 2019 you will not be able to get a seat in any government college. You have chance to get a seat in lpwer government colleges if you belong to some category like SC/ST. Otherwise look for private colleges and be ready with the donation as they will demand this. For more information go to college predictor,
