I am sorry to say but 230 marks are really less. For BHMS  you need to actually have 300+ because there are only private colleges. It is based on NEET ranking in many states .In Tamil Nadu from this year BAMS and BHMS admissions are based on plus 2 PCB marks . For Bams,Bds and Bhms if you score above 475 then it will be safe if you are general category and for SC you need 280+ . Still wait for the official cutoff. May be you will get a seat in private college.
