Unfortunately,with 235 marks in NEET UG getting an MBBS free (government) seat is nearly impossible as cut-offs are much higher even for reserved categories.There may be a chance but it would be tough especially if you're from general category For management quota(b category,)seats in private colleges though fees will be higher.

So according to your rank that is 235 in NEET UG the chances of getting MBBS seat under the B category or a free government seat is very difficult  if you belong to the General or OBC category.

Usually government medical seats cutt offs closed around 550 which makes it very difficult for you to get a seat. You can try for BDS or BAMS in private colleges.
