As far I've known, the BAMS colleges follow a simple criteria. As you haven't mentioned a category here I am providing information about general category. 

420 +you can get into a government college for BAMS 

360+you can get into a semi government college for BAMS

119-280 you can get into a private college for BAMS

Admission to Medical colleges depends on your NEET UG 2019 Score, category, college eligibility, rank. 

For Government Colleges, the cut off will be 420+ for general candidates and 400+ for OBC candidates.

Here is the cut off scores that are required for BAMS:

For semi government colleges, the cut off will be 400+ for general and 360+ for OBC.

For private colleges,the cut off will be 300+ for general and 280+ for OBC.
