As per your NEET score, there are no chances for you to get a seat in a government medical college. Under state counseling, a minimum of 320+ is required to get a seat in government medical college of Madhya Pradesh. And according to your score, getting a government college is not possible. However as you're a reserved category candidate, you may get a seat which completely depends on the cutoff for admission by various government colleges of your state. So you will have to wait for now until the cutoff for admission is released.

Dear Sir / Ma'm, with this score you have absolutely no chance in the 15% all india quota counselling. So, you have to focus on the state counselling where also you do not have much chances. Still, since you are a SC candidate, according to your state cut-off you may have faint chances of getting a college, but without knowing your domicile state, we cannot say anything with surity.
