With this score it's difficult to get admission in the core branches in some of the best NITs. If you want to study in some of the best NITs like NIT durgapur you will not get core branches. You can get core branches at some lower level NITs like NIT meghalaya and all. So its upon you. I am really sorry to say but with 23000 rank in JEE Mains OBC Category, you can't get a seat in any of the NIT, IIIT or GFTI, forget about Computer Science Engineering since the last closing rank is around 5000-6000 for Computer Science Engineering.
