As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you have very less chances of getting admission in government agriculture collage with your rank. There is chances of May be getting admission in bsc, fisheries, apiiculture. You needed more to scored more than 280, + getting admission in Bachelors of agriculture. 

As per year the cuttoff marks varies depending upon the number of students appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of exam papers, many other also work.
