Let me brief you about what management quota actually is.These are the seats which are reserved for those candidates who have failed to qualify the cutoff/eligibility marks/criteria for admission in a college and can get direct admission by paying twice or thrice the original admission fees of the college.A certain percentage of seats are reserved for management quota,and candidates can get the details from the college website itself.

Now based upon the marks you have quite less chances of admission on the basis of merit and the cutoffs prescribed by Shri Ram Chandra University,However you can wait for the cutoffs  to be released because they are released on the basis of NEET score and also the 10+2 percentage.Regarding management quota seats in Shri Ram Chandra University you need to check the college website quite frequently for the admission updates.I guess they may not provide seats  under management quota.
