To get admission in NIT, first you should qualify JEE Mains and for qualifying that your percentile should be 90 in 2020. Less than 90 you won't get NIT. But you can get admission in private engineering colleges.

Now assuming that you are general category student then there is no chance for you to get NIT Agartala if you belong from other state.
But if you belong from home state quota then you can easily get NIT Agartala with this much rank.
