As you have not mentioned your category I am assuming it to be general category. Sorry to say but according to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a good government medical college or a good private medical college as you have scored very low in the NEET examination.
I would suggest you to drop this year and study hard for next year's examination or look for other options.
